It’s Saturday and I am working 1000-1400, glad to sleep in til 0630, so not much time to ride this morning. I set off about 0700, dropped by the butcher for scraps for Pierre, watered the plants I am caring for while Alex is away and headed down to the north side of the river. I rode along the river to Punt Road, up the hill to Bridge Road, continued along Punt Road, left into Victoria Parade and up the long hill to the Eye and Ear Hostpital, continued along Victoria Parade to Victoria Market and up the hill to home. Gears managing to go down to 1 but not reliably. Time in the saddle 1hr 10 min, alas I still have not ridden them out of my head!
Long slow hills conditioning

Sounds like your training is going well. I rode in every day last week, I think that’s a first! That’s about 40 tim tams.
